I am trying to get my iPhone connected to an 802.1X network. I enter in the network name, my user name and password, and press join. I get to the certificate screen, press accept and... The accept button disappears. Every time.

You have to use the iPhone Configuration Utility to specifically set your 802.1X settings. You can then send those settings to your iPhone via E-Mail. Logging into your 802.1X network won’t work if the iPhone’s default settings don’t match your networks settings. With the Utility you can configure 802.1X the same way you would on your computer (i.e. setting the right external and internal authentification).
The utility for Mac OS X:

And for Windows:

Thanks, I'll try that.
